*To support first time NextGen conference attendees, EPDA are offering the two main conference hotel nights (14 and 15 May 2025) free of charge. This offer is limited to 1 person per company and offered on a first come, first served basis to a maximum of 8.
Fees include
All elements of the conference meeting programme, including welcome drinks reception & gala dinner. Please note there are no one day or partial conference registration options. All registrations are for full conference attendance from the 14 – 16 May 2025.
Fees exclude
Optional extras such as the Welcome Dinner, Tours and Optional Dinner.
Welcome Dinner at Strofi Restaurant: €100 + VAT per person
Optional Dinner at Hermion Restaurant: €120 + VAT per person
Optional Tour: €85 + VAT per person
Accommodation is not included but can be booked via the registration site to secure the discounted rate at the conference hotel. Hotel rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis; booking early is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Single occupancy (1 person): €245
Double occupancy (2 people): €265
All prices are per night and include VAT and breakfast. Please note, there is a Government tax of 15€ per room per night, which will be charged directly by the hotel at check in/ check out.
Terms and Conditions
You must register your attendance via the online booking site. To qualify for the Member rate, you must have paid your EPDA Membership fees before the event. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice and no later than Tuesday 29 April 2025, whichever is soonest. Full terms and conditions are available when you register.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing on or before Monday 14 April 2025 will be charged a 20% administration fee which must be paid, any amounts already paid will be refunded less the administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded and the original invoice will remain payable. We are happy to welcome a substitute delegate at any time provided a written request is received.
Accommodation cancellations received in writing after Tuesday 1 April 2025 will be charged in full. Non-attendance is subject to full payment.

10am BST Tuesday 29 April 2025 for editing your details and providing us with any dietary requirements.
