The European Plastics Distributors Association is a membership organization committed to promoting distribution as the preferred path to market for semi-finished plastic parts. Established in 1973, EPDA’s members are the owners, CEOs, directors and top executives of Europe’s top manufacturers and distributors of plastic sheet, blocks, rods, profiles, tubes, pipe, valves and fittings.

EPDA brings these leaders together to develop the role of the distributor in supply of semi-finished products, stock shapes, film, PVF and related products for use in industry, building and construction, and signs and graphics. The association strives to reflect evolving markets and products driven by technology, innovation and customer demand. It takes seriously its responsibility to provide networking opportunities for building strong business relationships and to provide thought-provoking content.

Who Our Members Are

Located throughout the Europe, EPDA members provide a diverse and broad range of semi-finished industrial and engineered products. The supply chain delivers from paper and board to building products; from valves and fittings to engineered machined components. The successful integration of these plastic materials into the marketplace is a common concern for any of the members with the EPDA association.

Our Affiliation Agreement With IAPD

Plastics distribution is a global market. Recognising this, EPDA has an affiliation agreement with IAPD (International Association of Plastics Distribution), which expands the resources available to EPDA members and strengthens the message regarding the value of distribution worldwide. It facilitates the building of business relations beyond country borders.

Through its relationship with IAPD, EPDA is able to offer its members access to extensive plastics education and training opportunities that includes plastics training resources modified for the European market and webinars on specific materials and the machining of plastics at discounted prices.
