On the occasion of the pandemic, we put our inventive minds together and thought about effective solutions for use against the corona virus SARS-CoV-2. The result is called VIRUZID and is a further development based on our plastic all-rounder PE-UHMW, but as a separate compounding with a new recipe.
VIRUZID has antimicrobial properties and also successfully kills #corona (SARS-CoV-2) viruses. This is a decisive factor for all manufacturers in the food industry, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and shopfitting. Machine components made from VIRUZID can help, e.g. to reduce the high number of hospital infections and contagions.
Wherever hygiene measures have the highest priority, our plastic can make it impossible for the corona virus to survive on those surfaces. After the ongoing series of tests has been completed, VIRUZID is available after verification of the request.
