As of March 1, 2026, Röchling acquired the operational business of the insolvent Terbrack Kunststoff GmbH & Co. KG, based in Vreden, Germany, and continues to operate the plant through the newly established Röchling Industrial Vreden GmbH. By integrating the assets and all employees of this long-established plastics processor, Röchling is strengthening its production network and increasing flexibility and availability.
