Founded in 2016 by Bjørn Haakenstad Nilsen, ePlast has grown to become a leading distributor and processor of technical plastics in Norway. From its production facility and warehouses in Jaren, Hadeland, the company serves a wide range of industrial customers with both semi-finished plastic products and custom CNC-machined components.
ePlast’s CNC machining capacity is dedicated exclusively to plastics, and over the years, the company has built a strong knowledge base and production capability tailored to the Norwegian market. This enables ePlast to deliver precision-machined parts in a range of materials, such as PMMA, PC, PETG, PVC, PA6, PEHD, PET, POM-C, PEEK, PVDF, and PTFE/Teflon — with a focus on quality, accuracy, and short lead times.
The company also offers an innovative online solution that allows customers to upload CAD files directly to its website, providing instant feedback and fast quotations.
Bjørn Haakenstad Nilsen brings over 35 years of experience in the plastic distribution industry. Amund Tangen, who joined ePlast six months ago, has extensive experience in upscaling and developing companies across various industries. He describes himself as a results-oriented leader who builds a strong culture, promotes collaboration, and accelerates growth.
