The EPDA NextGen Network
NextGen is a new initiative designed to provide an invaluable opportunity for young professionals to develop a greater understanding of the plastics industry and what is needed to grow professionally within it. It aims to be an accelerator community, bringing together tomorrow’s industry leaders and equipping them to drive our industry forward.
We all face similar issues – unpredictable operating environments, an ever-increasing focus on sustainability, reputational challenges, rapidly evolving technologies, climate change, skills shortages and an ageing workforce, to name but a few. To meet these challenges and ensure the resilience of the plastics industry, our NextGen programme aims to foster cross-industry collaboration and to harness young talent to build a leadership community for the future. The NextGen mentoring programme aims to provide supportive relationships for our members, which will allow them to learn and develop in a relaxed environment.
