Dinner at Trattoria Arlati on Tuesday 16 November 2021 – Limited to a maximum of 40 guests
The dinner is booked for 8pm start and will take place at Trattoria Arlati, a traditional Milanese restaurant situated at Via Alberto Nota, 47 20126 Milan (telephone +39 02 6433327). This is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the hotel.

Lari, EPDA President, has selected a set menu for the dinner which will cost in the region of €55 euros per person plus the cost of any wine and other drinks. The bill will be shared and payment is to be made directly to the restaurant on the night.
There will be informal gathering in the bar of the Crowne Plaza Milan City hotel from 6:45pm for anyone who would like to get together before dinner.

Visit to Madreperla S.p.a. on Wednesday 17 November 2021 – Note this is for DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERS ONLY and is limited to a maximum of 12 guests

There is a limited opportunity for a maximum of 12 Distributor Members to attend a visit to the site of Madreperla S.p.a. on the morning of 17 November.

Full COVID protocols will be in place and the group will be divided into two smaller groups of 6 people to observe appropriate social distancing.
Madreperla S.p.a. produces exclusively cast acrylic sheets and the visit will focus on the production of cast acrylic in general as well as their 100% recycled range.

The code for booking the hotel at the EPDA room rate will be provided when your attendance at the event is confirmed.
COVID Protocols
Current COVID protocols in Italy are shown below. Please note that COVID protocols are subject to change at short notice and it is your responsibility to check the latest updates before travel.
A COVID-19 green pass is required to enter Italy and must be available for inspection upon entry to all companies, public indoor venues and when travelling on public transport.
The pass is issued to people who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, those who have recently recovered from the disease, and to people who can present a negative test taken less than 48 hours before the event they are attending.
Masks must be worn where specified and social distancing observed.
